摘　　要：介绍4×2×0.25HE钢丝帘线的特点,并对其代替5×0.30HI和3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用进行研究。结果表明,4×2×0.25HE钢丝帘线渗胶性能好,压延、裁断、成型工艺稳定,以其替代5×0.30HI和3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎加强层,胎圈耐久性能明显提升。In this paper, the characteristics of 4 ×2 × 0.25HE steel cord was introduced, and its application in truck and bus radial tire was investigated and compared with 5 × 0.30HI and 3 × 7 × 0.20HE steel cord. The results showed that, 4 × 2× 0.25HE steel cord possessed good rubber penetration property, and the calendering, cutting and molding processes were stable. Using 4 × 2 × 0.25HE steel cord to replace 5 × 0.30HI and 3 × 7× 0.20HE steel cord in the reinforcement layer of truck and bus radial tire, the endurance performance of bead was improved significantly.
