摘  要:磁电式曲轴位置传感器在发动机核心电子控制中得到广泛应用,根据传感器特性需要设计正确的信号处理电路,通过仿真指出了3种通用信号调理电路存在的问题,设计了一种新的信号调理电路,并且在Pspice软件中进行了仿真验证和实验验证,仿真及实验结果表明:信号处理电路设计正确,抗干扰性强,能为电控单元(ECU)提供准确可靠的转速和相位信号。Magnetic crankshaft position sensor has been widely used in engine electronic control system,and it is very important to design exact signal processing circuit in accordance with sensor characteristics. The deficiencies of three general signal conditioning circuits were indicated through simulation,and one new signal conditioning circuit was designed,meanwhile simulation and experimental validation were conducted with Pspice software. The simulation and experimental results showed that the signal processing circuit was effective,so it can provide accurate and reliable pulse phase signal to ECU.
