摘  要:为了使115 mm缸径单缸柴油机满足非道路柴油机第三阶段排放要求,对其进行了试验研究,分析了其所应采用的技术路线,适当改进了柴油机本体结构,减小喷油器安装倾角,同时将燃油系统喷射压力由44 MPa提高至60 MPa以上,优化设计紧凑的燃烧室形状,匹配了合适的气道涡流比,排放试验结果表明,采用优化设计后的方案,柴油机满足排放法规要求。In order to meet the non-road china stage Ⅲ emissions legislation,a experiment investigation was studied in a single-cylinder diesel engine whose cylinder bore is 115 mm. The technical route to upgrade the engine emission level was discussed. By reasonably improving the engine structure,decreasing the injector installation obliquity,increasing the injection pressure of the fuel system from 44 MPa to over 60 MPa,designing compact combustion chamber,matching appropriate swirl ration of the inlet port,the emission test showed that the diesel engine met the requirements of the emission legislation using optimized designing.
