摘  要:以汽油直喷多孔喷嘴为基础,分析了喷孔及针阀关键设计参数对喷油嘴流量系数的影响规律,结果表明:减小喷孔直径或喷孔轴线倾角,可有效提高喷油嘴流量系数;保持喷孔总流通截面积相同的情况下,增加喷孔数目可适当提高喷油嘴流量系数;喷油嘴流量系数随针阀升程的增加先急后缓地增大,针阀升程设计值应尽量处于喷油嘴流量系数随针阀升程的变化较平缓的范围内。Based on an injector of gasoline direct injection system,flow coefficient of nozzle hole with various key parameters of nozzle hole and needle are studied. The results indicate that the flow coefficient of nozzle hole increases as nozzle diameter or angle between injector axis and nozzle axis decrease. Larger flow coefficient can be achieved with more nozzle holes in the case of same nozzle flow area. Flow coefficient of nozzle hole is largely affected by needle lift. Needle lift should be in the range of flow coefficient of nozzle hole varying gently with needle lift.
