鼻渊通窍颗粒联合盐酸非索非那定治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效、预后及血清炎症因子水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合盐酸非索非那定治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的疗效及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)和白介素-13(IL-13)水平的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年2月在首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院就诊的140例AR患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予盐酸非索非那定治疗,观察组在对照组础上联合应用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗。疗程结束后,比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状积分、血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-4、IL-13水平。随访6个月,比较对照组和观察组患者AR复发率。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(95.7%vs 84.3%)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞及鼻痒等症状积分降低,血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-4、IL-13水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(7.1%vs20.0%)(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合盐酸非索非那定治疗AR疗效可靠,具有较高的治疗有效率,能够明显改善临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Biyuan Tongqiao particles in combination with Fexofenadine hydrochloride in the treatment of allergic rhinitis（AR） and its effects on the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-13. Methods In this study, 140 patients of AR who received therapy in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as research objects. According to random number table,the patients were divided into two groups equally. Besides conventional treatments, the control group was treated with Fexofenadine hydrochloride, while the observation group was treated with Biyuan Tongqiao particles in combination with Fexofenadine hydrochloride. Then, the curative efficacy, scores of clinical symptoms,and the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-13 were compared. After 6-month follow-up, the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had a total therapeutic efficiency rate of 95.7%, which was statistically higher than that of 84.3% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of sneeze, nasal mucus, nasal congestion and nasal itching in the observation group were statistically lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-13 in the observation group were statistically lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. After 6-month followup, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.1%, which was statistically lower than 20.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Biyuan Tongqiao particles in combination with Fexofenadine hydrochloride is effective for the treatment of AR, which has a high effective rate. And it can significantly improve clinical symptoms and alleviate inflammatory reaction with low recurrence rate.
