定性综合集成支持技术在灾后群众心理研究中的应用——以北京7.21洪灾为例

摘　　要：灾害事件不仅给人们带来生命和财产损失,也会给亲历灾害的人带来心理创伤.对于灾害,不同人的心理感知存在差异.文章根据2012年北京7.21洪灾后灾区群众对于调查问卷中开放式问题的反馈,运用情感分析和iView分析,定量地研究受灾后的群众心理,展示了定性综合集成支持技术对行为数据或现场第一手信息的分析优势,探索对灾后群众心理分析方式的扩展,为政府实施灾后公共管理、心理救援提供决策支持.通过情感分析,可知男性比女性更乐观,不同年龄段和地域的被试对于灾害存在差异.由iView关键词网络分析,抽取并可视化表达受灾群众关于灾害思考的观点结构,被试主要关注政府救助、洪水无情人有情、八方支援、克服困难、重建家园、加强防范、恐惧担心等几类观点.此外,iView人际网络分析表明,不同的被试关注问题的角度有差异.Disaster events not only present a life safety hazard to persons or property, but also bring psychological trauma. Disparities in psychological perception exi- st among different groups. Post disaster psychological intervention attracts more attention in recent years. In this paper, with the comments from the local commu- nities toward the flood happened in Beijing on July 21, 2012, sentiment analysis and iView analysis are conducted to get the attitude of the communities in the flooding area. Such kind of exploratory research on communities perception after disasters is an expansion of traditional sociopsychological analysis and expected to provide help for societal management. Sentiment analysis shows that men are more positive in disaster than women, people at different ages or from different counties have dif- ferent sentiment in disaster. We apply iView analysis to acquire the communities＇ opinion structure, which exhibits the advantages of qualitative meta-synthesis tech- nologies toward behavioral data or first-hand information. The iView idea network shows opinions of residents experienced the disaster containing government assistance, post-disaster reconstruction, fear and so on. The iView human network shows that individuals are different in concerns.
