摘　　要：资金筹措和风险控制是高校新校区建设最关键的问题。首先分析新校区建设资金主要筹措渠道,然后阐述建设资金的有效管理和控制,以期为新校区建设提供参考。Financing and risk control are the key points for the new campus construction. Firstly,this paper analyzes the main financing channels of new campus construction funds,and then expounds the effective management and control of construction funds,in order to provide reference for the construction of new campus.
