摘　　要：建立合理的村镇小康住宅能源高效利用适用技术体系对优化我国农村能源结构、提高能源使用效率具有重要意义。通过解析村镇住宅用能模式及特征,论证构建村镇小康住宅能源高效利用适用技术体系的必要性;从建筑节能设计和可再生能源高效利用两方面,构建包含建筑设计、围护结构和用能系统优化以及可再生能源高效利用的村镇小康住宅能源高效利用适用技术体系,并提出技术体系的应用方法。Establishing reasonable appropriate technology system of energy efficient utilization in rural residential is meaningful in optimizing rural energy structure and improving the energy utilization efficiency. The paper verifiesthe necessity to build appropriate technology system of energy efficient utilization in rural residential,by analyzing the energy utilization mode and the corresponding characteristics in rural residential. Then,from two aspects of building energy efficiency design and efficient utilization of renewable energy,builds the technology system composing of optimization of building design,building envelope and energy consuming system,together with efficient utilization with renewable energy,and proposes the application method of the technology system.
