摘 要:以芦蒿带有生长点的无菌茎段为外植体,探索植物生长调节剂6-BA与NAA的不同浓度组合,对芦蒿茎段生长点增殖的影响,同时研究了植物生长素NAA的不同浓度及不同培养基对芦蒿无菌苗生根的影响。筛选出最适宜诱导芦蒿生长点增殖和生根的培养基,以建立芦蒿高效再生体系。结果表明:MS+6-BA 0.05mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L是诱导芦蒿生长点增殖的最适宜培养基,增殖倍数可达14.27;1/4MS+NAA 0.1mg/L是诱导芦蒿生根的最适宜培养基,生根率可达100%。Using sterile stems ofArtemisia Selengensis turcz with growing points as explants, the experiment studied the effects of different combinations of 6 - BA and NAA concentration on growing point proliferation ofArtemisia Selengensis turcz , and studied the effects of different NAA concentration and culture medium on rooting of Artemisia. Selengensis turcz The study hoped to select the most appropriate medium to induce proliferation and rooting ofArtemisia Selengensis turcz in order to establish high effect regeneration system ofArtemisia Selengensis turcz. The results showed that: MS + 6 - BA 0.05mg/L + NAA 0.01 mg/L was the most appropriate medium to induce proliferation ofArtemisia Selengensis turcz , the proliferation multiple was 14.27 ; 1/4MS + NAA 0. 1mg/L was the most appropriate medium to induce rooting ofArtemisia Selengensis turcz, the rooting rate was 100%.
