摘 要:孟中印缅经济走廊是"一带一路"战略的重要组成部分,也是联通南亚、东南亚的重要通道和桥梁。GMS经济走廊与孟中印缅经济走廊在地域上相互毗邻,在经济结构和发展路径上彼此相似,在参与主体上部分重叠。GMS经济走廊在实践中积累了大量宝贵的建设经验和教训,可以为孟中印缅经济走廊提供启示和借鉴。本文对经济走廊的概念与内涵进行了梳理和界定,对GMS经济走廊建设的经验教训进行了深入分析,在此基础上总结提出孟中印缅四国应进一步深化经济走廊的互联互通建设,加强经济走廊利益共享,密切产业合作,尝试建立"4-X"的合作机制,积极应对非经济因素对经济走廊建设的影响,加强与周边其他经济走廊的竞合发展等对策思考。BCIM economic corridor is an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative as well as an important channel between South Asia and Southeast Asia. GMS economic corridor and BCIM economic corridor are geographically adjacent to each other; economic structure and development path are similar to each other; the main participants partly overlap each other. GMS economic corridor has accumulated plenty of valuable experience and lessons in practice,which can provide enlightenment and reference to BCIM economic corridor. Based on clarification and definition of economic corridor's concept and connotation,and in-depth analysis of GMS economic corridor's experience and lessons,the authors concludes that the BCIM countries( Bangladesh,China,India,Myanmar) should further deepen unobstructed international connectivity in economic corridor,advance benefit sharing,implement industrial cooperation,attempt to establish a cooperation mechanism of "4-X",actively address the impacts of non-economic factors on economic corridor construction,and strengthen the competitiveness and cooperation with other peripheral economic corridors.
