摘 要:针对目前市场上的频率计存在体型大、价格昂贵、不能对低频和高频信号同时进行精准测量等缺陷,本文基于现场可编程门阵列和TLV3501高速比较器,设计了一款手持式频率计。该频率计以TI公司的MSP430作为主控制器,现场可编程门阵列作为协处理器,采用等精度测频的方法完成频率测量。系统硬件包括信号调理模块、数据采集和显示模块,系统软件编程环境是Altera公司的QuartusⅡ和TI公司的CCS。实验测试结果表明,该频率计能够对有效值大于10mV,频率小于200 MHz的正弦信号进行频率及周期的测量、分析和显示等功能,拥有灵活、易用的人际交互界面,且刷新时间不大于2s,测量的相对误差不大于10-4。该设计测量精度高、操作方便、功耗低、USB供电,可以满足工业和实验室的测量要求。In view of the frequency meter which has big size,expensive price and defects that can't simulta neously accurately measure the low and high frequency signal in the present market, this article designed a handheld frequency meter based on FPGA and TLV3501 high-speed comparator. The Frequency meter that uses Tits MSP430 as the main controller and the FPGA as coprocessor, realized equal precision meas- urement of frequency. The hardware of the system includes signal conditioning module, data acquisition module and display module,while the software programming environment is Altera's Quartus Ⅱ and Tits CCS. By experimental test, the frequency meter not only can measure frequency and cycle for sinusoidal signal whose valid values are greater than 10 mV,and frequency less than 200 MHz, but also analyze and display the results. The frequency meter has advantages that it is flexible and easy to use interface, refresh time that is not greater than 2 s,and the relative error of measurement that is not greater than 10-4. The design has high accuracy, convenient operation,low power consumption, USB power supply, can satisfy the measurement requirements of industrial and laboratory.
