摘  要:目的检测湖南产栀子、连翘及药对栀子-连翘中的挥发油成分。方法利用GC-MS联用技术结合化学计量学分辨新方法——直观推导式演进特征投影法分析栀子、连翘及其药对的挥发性化学成分。结果从栀子、连翘及其药对的挥发油中分别鉴定了18种、28种和27种化合物,分别占总挥发油相对含量的87.77%、96.94%和96.84%,三者共有挥发性化学组分12种。结论药对栀子-连翘的挥发性化学成分基本来自其组成的2种单味药,但来自连翘的物质占多数,并且化合物的含量发生较大的变化。Objective To analyze the volatile oil components in Fructus Gardeniae-Fructus Forsythiae,and drug pair Fructus Gardeniae-Fructus Forsythiae( FG-FF) cultivated in Hunan. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) combined with chemometric resolution method named heuristic evolving latent projections( HELP) was employed to detect the volatile chemical components of FG-FF and its drug pair. Results Totally,18,28 and 27 volatile chemical components in the volatile oil of FG-FF and drug pair FG-FF were separated and identified,accounting for 87. 77%,96. 94% and96. 84% of total contents,respectively. 12 common compounds were detected in the 3 of them. Conclusion In general,the volatile compounds of drug pair FG-FF are primitively derived from its single herbs. However,most volatile components come from FF,and the contents of the components have changed greatly.
