摘  要:目的探讨鞣花酸对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的影响。方法 40只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照(Con)组10只和四氧嘧啶处理组30只。四氧嘧啶处理组腹腔注射2%四氧嘧啶,将造模成功的21只小鼠分为模型(Model)亚组及鞣花酸低、高剂量亚组,各7只。鞣花酸低、高剂量亚组分别以160mg/kg、320 mg/kg鞣花酸连续灌胃21 d。21 d后处死动物,取肝脏和血清,测定血清ALT,AST活性,肝脏SOD活性及MDA含量等。结果与Model亚组比较,鞣花酸高剂量亚组血糖[(29.12±7.99)vs(19.30±8.08)mmol/L],血清ALT水平[(143.15±57.16)vs(65.38±33.61)U/L]、AST水平[(156.60±39.70)vs(101.11±44.16)U/L]及MDA含量[(2.81±0.81)vs(1.62±0.41)mmol/g]均下降(P<0.05),肝脏SOD活性升高[(74.23±18.82)vs(109.94±23.33)U/mg]。结论鞣花酸有降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用,以320 mg/kg剂量最为明显。Objective To explore the effect of ellagic acid on Alloxan‐induced diabetes of mice.Methods 40 male KM mice were randomly divided into normal control group (Con ,n=10) and Alloxan‐induced model group (n= 30 ). The Alloxan‐induced model group was provided with 2% Alloxan by intraperitoneal injection. 21 successful DM model mice were divided into model subgroup (M ,n=7) and two ellagic acid subgroups(low dose and high dose ,n=7 &#215; 2). Two ellagic acid subgroups were lavaged with 160 mg/kg and 320 mg/kg ellagic acid respectively for 21 day. After that ,all mice were sacrificed and their blood were taken for detecting serum ALT ,AST and livers were taken for detecting protein levels , SOD activities and MDA levels. Results Compared with M subgroup ,blood glucose [(29.12 ± 7.99) vs (19.30 ± 8.08) mmol/L] ,ALT [(143.15 ± 57.16) vs (65.38 ± 33.61) U/L] ,AST [(156.60 ± 39.70) vs (101.11 ± 44.16) U/L] and MDA [(2.81 ± 0.81) vs (1.62 ± 0.41) mmol/g] levels decreased in high dose subgroup (P〈 0.05) ,while the activity of liver SOD was higher [(74.23 ± 18.82 ) vs (109.94 ± 23.33) U/mg] (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Ellagic acid has the benefits on Alloxan‐induced diabetes in mice to reduce blood glucose ,especially in the high dose group(320 mg/kg).
