摘  要:目的建立孕20~26周胎儿内踝角正常参考值范围,探讨内踝角在诊断马蹄内翻足中的价值。方法将孕20~26周产前超声筛查中可疑马蹄内翻足的42只胎足(共27胎)作为病例组,另随机选取20~26周产前超声筛查正常足300只(共150胎)作为正常对照组,分别测量两组胎儿第一、五跖骨横切面足底连线与胫骨长轴夹角(即内踝角)大小,对两组数据进行直线相关分析。结果正常胎儿内踝角各孕周测量值恒定,与孕周变化无显著相关性(P〉0.05),(±s)为(78.89°±9.24°),病例组(±s)为(37.64°±7.93°),与正常对照组相比,内踝角测量值差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论正常胎儿内踝角的角度与孕周变化无显著相关性,测量值可为产前诊断马蹄内翻足提供较准确的诊断信息,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To establishment the normal reference range of 20-26 weeks fetal malleolus angle,to study its diagnosis value of medial malleolus angle clubfoot.Methods 20-26 weeks of prenatal ultrasound screening of 42 cases(a total of 27)of suspected foot and foot as a case group,Another randomly selected 20-26 weeks of prenatal ultrasound screening normal foot 300(a total of 150)as the normal control group,Two groups of fetal transverse section of the first and the five metatarsal plantar line and tibia long axis angle were measured(i.e.,the size of the medial malleolus angle),Linear correlation analysis of two sets of data.Results The measurement value of normal fetal medial malleolus angle of each gestational week was constant,there was no significant correlation with the change of gestational week(P〉0.05),Mean plus or minus standard deviation(±s)by(78.89°±9.24°).Case group:mean plus or minus standard deviation(±s)by(37.64°±7.93°).Compared with the normal control group,The difference of medial malleolus angle measurement was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusions No significant correlation was found between gestational age and medial malleolus angle changes,The measured value can provide more accurate diagnostic information for the diagnosis of the feet.
