摘　　要：简要介绍了课题研究背景、课题目标、主要研究内容,重点介绍了绿色建筑标准实施测评技术体系和方法、绿色建筑碳排计算方法、实施效果技术经济性评价体系、专利、技术导则、示范工程课题成果,并对后续研究进行了展望。This paper briefly introduces backgrounds, goals, and main contents of this research project. This paper is mainly focused on assessment technology system and method on implementing the standard of green building, computing method of carbon emission, assessment system on the effect of implementing and economic evaluation of technology, patents, guidelines of the technology, achievements of demonstration projects, and the research in the future.
