摘　　要：通过对西安地铁3号线车辆段从方案到设计图纸再到建筑成品的全过程的论述与分析,给地铁车辆段综合楼设计总结出一套系统有效的设计方法。(1)设计方案阶段:要点是设计理念的稳定性,做出的任何修改都是在稳定的设计理念之下的优化调整。(2)初步设计和施工图设计阶段:要点是设计的全局控制,需做好设计协调和整体控制。设计重点是节能绿色设计。(3)设计的实施阶段:要点是用积极主动的态度,扎实的业务基础,良好的沟通能力,取得业主和施工单位的信任,建立足够的威信,对建设全程有效控制,最大程度的将设计成果转化为建筑成品。This paper intends to put forward a set of systematic and effective design approaches to metro depot comprehensive buildings based on the discussions and analysis throughout the entire processes from blue print, design drawings to finished building products of comprehensive depot building of Xi＇an Metro Line 3. （ 1 ） Conception design phase ： the key point is the stability of design philosophy, which requires that any modification should be optimized in the context of stable design philosophy. （2） Preliminary design and working drawing design phases ： the key point lies in general control of design coordination and overall management, and energy saving and green design should be prioritized. （3）Design implementation phase： the key points are to maintain active and initiative attitude, solid professional basis, qualified communication capacity, the trust of the Employer and the contractor, win prestige and respect, effectively control construction processes and convert as much as possible design outputs into finished building products.
