医护一体化健康教育模式预防胃肠癌症患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化健康教育模式预防胃肠癌症患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法选取2015年1—12月住院手术的胃、结肠或直肠癌患者286例为研究对象,1—6月收治的148例患者为对照组,采用常规健康教育模式。7—12月收治的138例患者为观察组,采用医护一体化健康教育模式。比较两组住院期间及出院后2周内下肢深静脉血栓发生率、患者掌握下肢深静脉血栓相关知识情况。结果对照组和观察组分别有9例、1例患者发生下肢深静脉血栓,观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者预防下肢深静脉血栓问卷得分(33.86±4.16)分,对照组(29.38±6.98)分,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医护一体化健康教育模式在提高患者掌握下肢深静脉血栓相关知识程度、预防胃肠外科患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生有积极的作用。Objective To develop a doctor-nurse integration health education mode to prevent the postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 148 patients with gastric, colon or rectal cancer from January to June 2015 were enrolled in control group receiving conventional health education while another 138 patients with gastric, colon or rectal cancer from July to December 2015 were included in observation group and received doctor-nurse integration health education. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and patient＇ s knowledge about deep venous thrombosis were compared between two groups. Results Control group and observation group had 9 and 1 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis respectively and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. In the questionnaire survey about knowledge related deep venous thrombosis, patients in observation group （33.86±4.16） performed significantly better than those in control group （29.38±6.98） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The doctor-nurse integration health education model has good effect for the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
