针刺颈夹脊联合开“返魂锁”治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究针刺颈夹脊联合开“返魂锁”治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法将2014年6月～2015年6月湖北省中医院推拿康复科90例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，治疗组患者采用针刺颈夹脊联合开“返魂锁”治疗，对照组患者采用常规针灸推拿治疗，对比两组患者颈椎病临床评价分数、疼痛视觉量表评分，并进行临床疗效观察。结果两组治疗后颈椎病临床评价分数显著升高（P〈0．05），治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组与对照组疼痛视觉量表评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组84．4％，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用针刺颈夹脊联合开“返魂锁”治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著，能明显改善神经根型颈椎病患者症状及疼痛症状，值得临床上推广应用。Objective To study clinical curative effect of acupuncture cervical spine combined with open ＂Huanhun lock＂ treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from June 2014 to June 2015 in Massage and Rehabilitation Department of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group, the treatment group were treated with acupuncture cervical spine and open ＂Huanhun lock＂ treatment, the control group were treated with routine acupuncture and massage therapy. Cervical spondylotic patients clinical evaluation score, a visual pain scale score and the clinical curative effect were observed. Results After treatment, the cervical spondylotic clinical evaluation scores in two groups increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the pain visual analog table scores in two groups decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, the control group was 84.4%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture cervical spine and open ＂Huanhun lock＂ treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant clinical effect, it can significantly improve the symptoms and pain symptoms and worthy of clinical application.
