摘　　要：目的观察3H护理模式对胃癌患者情绪状态与睡眠质量的影响，以了解3H护理模式的应用效果。方法选择2013年12月～2015年9月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院住院治疗的胃癌患者92例．采用随机数字表法分为对照组（46例）和观察组（46例）。对照组进行常规胃癌护理，观察组进行3H护理模式指导下的护理，采用PSQI量表、SCL-90量表及POMS量表评估两组患者护理前与护理后1、2、8周的情绪状态与睡眠质量，并进行比较。结果护理前两组患者PSQI量表、SCL-90量表及POMS量表评分差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）；护理后1、2、8周两组3个量表评分均持续改善，观察组PSQI量表及SCL-90量表评分均低于对照组及本组护理前，POMS量表中的精力及自尊感评分均高于对照组及本组护理前，其他项目评分则均低于对照组及本组护理前，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论3H护理模式在改善胃癌患者情绪状态与睡眠质量中的效果较好，为患者生存状态的改善奠定了基础。Objective To observe the effect of 3H nursing mode on emotional state and sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer, in order to understand the application effect of 3H nursing mode. Methods 92 hospitalized patients with gastric cancer in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from December 2013 to September 2015 were divided into the control group （46 cases） and the observation group （46 cases） by random number table method. The control group was given conventional nursing of gastric cancer, the observation group was given 3H nursing mode. The emotional state and sleep quality of the two groups before nursing and at lst,2nd and 8th week after nursing were respectively evaluated by PSQI scale, SCL-90 scale and POMS scale, then the evaluation results of two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in scores of PSQI scale, SCL-90 scale and POMS scale between the two groups （all P 〉 0.05）. 1st, 2nd and 8th weeks after nursing, the scores of PSQI scale, SCL-90 scale and POMS scale in the two groups were all improved continuously; scores of PSQI scale and SCL-90 scale were all higher than those of the control group and the same group before nursing （P 〈 0.05）; the energy and self- esteem scores of POMS scale were all higher than those of the control group and the same group before nursing, while other items scores were all lower than those of the control group and the same group before nursing （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of 3H nursing mode is better in improving the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer, and it lays function for the improvement of survival status of patients.
