摘 要:针对风电的随机性、波动性分析应对风电功率预测误差和风电功率波动所需的备用容量,并根据风电功率预测误差概率分布和风电功率波动概率分布建立风电备用需求与风电出力之间的关系,提出了风电备用需求新模型。在此基础上,构建了含风电系统的有功和备用协调优化调度模型,将系统备用容量需求分解为快速备用和事故备用两部分,在得到机组最优出力计划的同时,实现2类备用容量在机组间的优化分配。通过对修订后的IEEE 6节点和IEEE 118节点系统进行仿真计算,验证了所提模型和方法的合理性和有效性。The reserve capacity required against the forecast error and power output fluctuation due to the randomness and fluctuation of wind power is analyzed ,the relationship between the reserve capacity demand and the power output of wind power is analyzed according to the probability distributions of wind forecast error and wind power fluctuation,and a reserve capacity demand model of wind power is proposed ,based on which,a dispatch model with the coordinated optimization of active power and reserve capacity is estab- lished for the power grid with wind farm. The system reserve capacity demand is divided into two types: fast reserve and emergency reserve. The reserve capacities of two types can be optimally allocated among the units while the optimal power output schedule of each unit is achieved. The simulative calculations are carried out for the modified IEEE 6-bus system and IEEE llS-bus system,verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
