摘  要:通过风电机组孤岛运行特性分析,揭示了风电机组孤岛运行功率不匹配度与公共连接点(PCC)处电压与频率的关系,进行了功率扰动灵敏度定量分析;提出了无功功率-频率反馈和有功功率-电压反馈控制相结合的综合功率扰动孤岛检测法,并进行了双馈风电机组综合功率扰动孤岛检测控制环设计。所提方法具有无检测盲区、检测速度快、可靠性高等特点。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真实现了双馈风电机组综合功率扰动孤岛检测全过程仿真;并利用RLC负荷模拟设备在2.5 MW大容量双馈风电机组上进行了防孤岛保护现场试验,结果证明了利用所提方法可有效检测风电机组孤岛运行。The operating characteristics of islanded wind turbine are analyzed,the relationship between its power mismatch degree and the voltage/frequency of PCC(Point of Common Coupling) is revealed,and the power disturbance sensitivity is quantificationally the reactive power-frequency feedback control and analyzed. A composite island detection method combining the active power-voltage feedback control is proposed and a control loop for the proposed detection method is designed for DFIG(Doubly Fed Induction Generator), which is fast,reliable and without dead-zone. The whole detection process is simulated with MATLAB/ Simulink and the field test of anti-islanding protection is carried out for a 2.5 MW DFIG with RLC load simulation equipment. The simulative and experimental results show the islanding operation of wind turbine can be effectively detected bv the proposed method.
