摘　　要：科学界定高校毕业生高质量就业是探索高校毕业生高质量就业有效途径的前提和基础。"高校毕业生高质量就业"是在充分就业的基础上,高校毕业生能够胜任工作岗位的要求,具有较高的个人工作满意度,服务于国家和地方需要,对社会经济生活的贡献与高校人才培养的目标相匹配。其具有阶段性与发展性的统一、普适性与差异性的统一、自主性与导向性的统一的特征。就业质量与就业率之间既有相互独立性,又有相互关联性和补充评价性;就业质量与人才培养质量之间存在着同源关系、反馈作用和推动作用。The scientific definition of college graduates high-quality employment is the prerequisite and basis for exploring effective ways of college graduates high-quality employment. The connotation of college graduates highquality employment is that on the basis of full employment,college graduates can competent job requirements,obtain higher job satisfaction for individuals,obey the national and local needs,whose contribution to the social and economic life matches the university personnel training goal. It is characterized by the unity of stage and development,the unity of universality and diversity,the unity of autonomy and orientation. Between the employment quality and the employment rate,they are not only independent from each other,but also interrelated and complementary. There is a homologous relationship,a feedback and promoting effect between the employment quality and the quality of talents training.
