三级保健服务对促进社区更年期妇女健康的作用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三级保健服务对社区更年期妇女健康促进的效果。方法对社区更年期769例妇女实施三级保健服务,对比保健前后健康知识、健康应对及更年期综合征变化情况,并随访疾病筛查处理情况。结果三级保健前后更年期妇女健康知识、相关疾病预防、健康行为及更年期综合征比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三级保健服务不仅能早期发现更年期妇女的身心疾病,让疾病得到早期治疗,更能增加更年期妇女的健康知识,提高健康行为,有利于维护社区更年期妇女健康,提高生活质量。Objective To discuss the three levels of health care services for community of menopause women health promotion effect. Methods Of 769 cases of menopause women health care services, community health knowledge before and after the analysis of this group of women＇s health care, health, and changes of menopause syndrome, disease screening and follow-up processing.Results Tertiary care service not only can be found early menopause women＇s physical and mental diseases, resulting in the early disease treatment, can increase more menopausal women＇s knowledge, improve their health behaviors, tertiary care before and after menopause women＇s health knowledge, related disease prevention, health behavior and menopausal syndrome, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Tertiary care service, be helpful for protecting women＇s health community, improve the community menopausal women＇s quality of life.
