摘　　要：非编码RNA即一类不编码蛋白质的核苷酸分子的总称。肝癌高表达长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA highly up-regulated in liver cancer,lnc RNA HULC)为lnc RNA的一种,其水平与肝癌的发生、发展、治疗及预后有关。近年来研究发现,lnc RNA HULC与其他疾病也有重要的联系。基于此,本文对lnc RNA HULC的相关生物学功能及其与疾病的关系作一综述。Non-coding RNA is one category of nucleotides which do not code protein.The expression level of highly upregulated in liver cancer（HULC）,which is a kind of long non-coding RNAs,correlates well with the carcinogenesis,development,treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.The studies in recent years showed significant relationship between onc RNA HULC and other diseases.Herein,this paper reviews the biological function of lnc RNA HULC and the relationship between lnc RNA HULC and diseases.
