摘 要:研究了不同压边力加载模式对盒形件拉深成形的影响。以汽车承载底板为研究对象,将其三维模型导入Dynaform软件进行冲压成形模拟,设置了前处理相应的一些工艺参数并得到初步模拟结果。通过设定典型分析数据,分析了整体压边圈及分区压边圈在不同加载模式下的相关结果。研究结果表明:传统的整体压边圈恒定压边力加载模式,结构简单易于实现生产;采取了分区压边圈后,其板料在拉深过程中厚度变化更均匀;整体压边圈变压边力如果采用合适的值对提升零件拉深质量有较显著的改善作用。The influences of different blank holder force loading modes on rectangular box deep drawing process were researched. For the automobile spare tire plate,its 3D model was imported into Dynaform software,and the stamping process was simulated. Then,the preliminary simulation results were obtained by setting some technological parameters corresponding to pre-processing. Furthermore,through setting typical data,the related results under different loading modes for single-piece blank-holder and segmented blank-holder were analyzed. The results show that the traditional single-piece blank-holder with constant blank-holder force is simple and easy to be produced.The plate thickness change is more even during the drawing process under segmented blank-holder force. The drawing quality of the component is improved apparently by single-piece blank-holder under suitable blank-holder force.
