摘  要:压力机锁紧回路的作用是在执行元件不工作时,准确地停留在原来位置上,不能因泄漏或外界因素而改变位置。采用锁紧回路可以起到保压作用,防止泄漏,保证负重油缸活塞稳定,确保机械正常工作。以压力机的3种锁紧回路如换向阀中位机能、双液控单向阀以及平衡阀锁紧回路为例,分析了其工作原理,利用AMESim对锁紧回路进行了仿真,并在液压试验台上进行了测试。试验表明,仿真得到的液压缸位移曲线与试验台测试所得的位移曲线基本吻合,验证了仿真的正确性。The function of locking circuit for press machine is to keep actuators staying in the original position accurately,even though leakage or other external factors occur when actuators do not work. By locking circuit,the pressure-holding effect,anti-leakage and the stability of load cylinder piston were guaranteed,which ensures the normal operation of machine. For three kinds of locking circuit of press including reversing valve,double hydraulic controlled check valve and balance valve lock circuit,their working principles were analyzed,and the simulations of the above locking circuits were conducted by AMESim,Furthermore,the experiment was conducted on hydraulic test bench. The results show that the displacement curve of hydraulic cylinder obtained by the simulation is in agreement with that of the actual experiment,which verifies the correctness of the simulation.
