摘 要:本文在某六缸柴油机上,完成了不同EGR率下汽柴油双燃料均质引燃燃烧与排放特性的试验探究。试验结果表明,双燃料均质引燃模式具有与纯柴油模式完全不同的特性:随着EGR率的增加,双燃料模式的汽油燃烧品质改善,不完全燃烧产物生成减少,燃烧效率上升;由于滞燃期缩短,燃烧持续期基本不变,指示热效率上升,在大比例EGR下,双燃料模式的燃油经济性具有优势;双燃料模式对EGR并不敏感,随着EGR率的增加,NOx排放降低而Soot基本不变,可采取适当增大EGR率的策略,同时实现NOx与Soot的极低排放;双燃料模式存在THC与CO排放偏高的问题,但可通过加装DOC后处理装置解决。An experimental research on the performance and emission of Homogeneous Charge Induced Ignition (HCII) with gasoline-diesel dual fuel in several EGR ratios is conducted on a six -cylinder diesel engine in this paper. The experimental results show that dual fuel combustion mode is quite different from combustion in pure diesel mode. With the increase of EGR ratio, gasoline combustion is improved in dual fuel mode, so the emission of incomplete combustion products de- creases and the combustion efficiency rises. Due to shorter ignition delay and nearly unchanged com- bustion duration, the indicated thermal efficiency rises , so dual fuel mode has better fuel economy in large EGR ratio. With the increase of EGR ratio, the emission of NOx decreases and the Soot nearly doesn't change, so dual fuel mode is insensitive to EGR ratio, and the emission of NO~ and Soot can reach extremely low level simultaneously with properly larger EGR ratio. Besides, high THC and CO emissions are problems in dual fuel mode, but it can be solved easily by DOC.
