摘　　要：目的分析后腹腔镜手术在治疗上尿路疾病时出现并发症的原因及预防方法。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月完成的后腹腔镜治疗上尿路疾病手术76例作为研究资料,分析出现并发症情况,介绍原因及预防方法。结果严重并发症下腔静脉损伤1例,肾筋膜裂伤中转开放手术1例,腹膜损伤3例,皮下气肿3例,切口感染2例,尿瘘1例,腹膜后腔感染1例,患者术后经对症治疗,均能完全康复出院。结论手术人员的技术提高,严格掌握手术适应证,术前充分准备,术中精细操作,术后精心护理及处理等方面是减少和预防并发症发生的关键。Objective To analysis of the causes and prevention of complications after laparoscopic surgery for upper urinary tract diseases.Methods In our hospital,76 cases of upper urinary tract disease after laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research subjects from December 2015 to January 2013,and analysed their complications,the reasons for the introduction and prevention methods.Results It appeared 1 cases of severe complications of inferior vena cava injury,1 cases of open surgery for renal fascia laceration,3 cases of peritoneal injury,3 cases of subcutaneous emphysema,2 cases of incision infection,1 cases of urinary fistula,retroperitoneal space infection 1 cases.After the operation,the patient was discharged from hospital after treatment.Conclusion It is the key to reduce and prevent the occurrence of complications that technical improvement of surgical staff,strictly grasp the indications of operation,sufficient preparation before operation,intraoperative fine manipulation and intensive care and treatment.
