摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下可吸收交叉钉固定腘绳肌腱重建前十字韧带（ACL）的方法和临床价值,为ACL损伤的重建方法提供参考。方法自2007年1月至2015年1月医院接诊ACL断裂患者45例,为行腘绳肌腱移植,以可吸收交叉钉固定,为实验组。取同期在医院接受内置纽扣固定的ACL损伤患者45例,为对照组。术后两组患者均获得随访,时间6~28个月。治疗前后,对患者进行Lyscholm膝关节评分。前抽屉实验评价患者的ACL恢复情况。结果两组患者术前评分差异不具有统计学意义,术后实验组评分与对照组相比明显提高。实验组前抽屉试验1例出现阳性,44例阴性,阴性率为97.8%;而对照组7例出现阳性,38例阴性,阴性率为84.4%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论关节镜下利用可吸收交叉钉固定腘绳肌腱安全,生物稳定性高,创伤小,且不需要进行二次手术,值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of absorbable cross nailing fixing hamstring tendon reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament under keen arthroscopy and provide a reference for ACL injury reconstruction.Methods Taking 45 patients with ACL rupture in our hospital from Janurary 2007 to Janurary 2015 who were treated with fixing hamstring tendon graft with absorb cross-nailing to replace the function of the ACL as the experimental group in this study;Taking another 45 patients with ACL injury who were treat with built-in button fixed the same period in our hospital as a control group.Then,patients were followed up for 6 to 28 months.All the patients were Lyscholm knee scored before and after therapy.And evaluation of ACL recovery in patients were conducted with anterior drawer experiment.Results The Lyscholm score between the two groups before treatment had no statistically significant difference,but after treatment,scores were significantly higher in the experimental group.The result of anterior drawer test showed that the negative rate was 97.8% and 84.4% for the experimental group and control group,relatively.The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Absorbable cross nailing fixing hamstring tendon in reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament under keen arthroscopy is a safe and effective method,with higher biological stability and less invasive,and does not require a second surgery,therefore worthy of clinical further promotion.
