摘 要:杜84块馆陶油藏自2005年转入SAGD开发以来,采用直井与水平井组合方式开发。早期受馆陶油层底部低物性夹层发育影响,SAGD水平井底部剩余油层厚度在10 m左右,经过十年SAGD开发,底部油层温度在其"烘烤"效应下,逐年升温至160℃以上,超稠油具有了一定的流动性。通过高温脱水试验,当温度大于110℃时,超稠油密度大于水的密度,油水密度差随温度的升高逐渐增大,超稠油剩余油主要聚集在油层底部。利用直井调层不注汽试采底部油层,取得了较好的挖潜效果。因此,在底部油层厚度大于8 m的区域,优选长停井上返调层挖潜底部油层,可有效盘活馆陶SAGD底部剩余储量,该研究的成功应用对提高馆陶组油藏采收率具有现实意义。After 2005,Du 84 block of Guantao reservoir converted to SAGD development,the combination of ver-tical well and horizontal well development mode was adopted. During the early period,influenced by the poorphysical property of Guantao base reservoir,the thickness of residual reservoir below the SAGD parallel horizon-tal wells was about 10 meters. After ten years of SAGD development,the temperature of the base reservoir washeated up to over 160℃ year by year under it'sbaking'effect,which makes super heavy oil get certain mobility.Through the high temperature dehydration test,when the temperature is over 110℃,the density of super heavyoil is greater than the water,and the density difference between oil and water rises gradually with the temperatureincrease. The residual super heavy oil mainly gathered at the base of the reservoir. Using the vertical wells to de-velop the base layers,good production performance has been achieved. Therefore,at the base area of which thick-ness is more than 8 meters,optimizing the long shutdown wells to exploit the base potential layers by the layer ad-justment,which can effectively activate the remaining reserve of the Guantao SAGD base reservoir. The success-ful application of the research has practical significance to improving the Guantao reservoir recovery factor.
