摘 要:针对目前桥式偏心分注工艺投捞工作量大、故障率高,液力投捞分注工艺分层级数受限,以及准东沙南油田层间高压差井分注困难等问题,开展了桥式同心分注工艺及测调技术研究及应用,并配套优化井下管柱,在沙南油田应用22井次。该工艺有效解决了沙南油田高压差井分注难题,提高了分注井测试成功率、效率和精度,大幅减少水井故障率,满足油田精细分层注水的需要。In view of the current bridge type eccentric separate injection technology process of pulling and run-ning workload big,fault rate is high,hydraulic pulling and running separate injection technology process hierar-chical constraints,and the problem of high-pressure difference between layers of Zhundong sha'nan oilfield etc,the bridge concentric separated injection technology is developed and applied,optimizing string configuration andaccessory tools,which implements 22 wells in sha'nan oilfield. The process can effectively solve the high pres-sure wells of sha'nan oilfield injection problem,improve the injection well test and allocating success rate,effi-ciency and accuracy,reduce the failure rate of wells,meet the needs of the fine layering water injection in oilfield.
