摘　　要：从风险导向审计的基本原理,结合电网企业实际情况,对电网企业风险导向审计的应用以及对内部审计人员的要求进行了研究,为电网企业完善风险导向审计、强化内部控制提供一定的实证依据。Based on the basic principle of risk oriented audit and the actual situation of the power grid enterprise, the paper studies the application of risk oriented audit and the requirements of internal audit staff.
