民族自治地区的金融发展轨迹与法律保障转型研究

摘　　要：法律对民族自治地区的金融发展起着重要的保障和促进作用。目前,国家颁布了一系列的相关法律,为民族自治地区金融的发展提供了法律支持和保障,但是支持的力度仍然无法满足民族自治地区金融的发展需求。在分析了现行法律规定存在的诸多不足之后,提出了完善现有法律中关于民族自治地区金融发展的规定以及构建民族自治地区金融风险防范法律制度等完善措施。Now,country enacted a series of laws,to play an important role in national autonomous areas＇ financial development,but the law still has many shortcomings. Based on the analysis of the disadvantages existing in the current law,puts forward a series of perfect measures. First,we should perfect the existing legal provisions on financial development of national autonomous areas. Then,we should construct the financial risk prevention legal system.
