社会资本理论下我国少数民族社会治理创新研究

摘　　要：理论界针对社会治理创新方面的问题进行了相关研究。然而,通过对相关文献的分析可以看出,以往的理论研究只是将国家政策、法治规范等比较正规的制度建设作为研究焦点,而对于社会自我调节、居民自主管理的良性发展以及其他的非正式制度约束的研究有待加强。强调理论的普遍适用性、通用性,却忽略了区域与群体之间的区别与差异,明显的一点就是对于民族区域社会治理理论创新的匮乏。引入了社会资本理论,并将其作为研究视角,对民族地区社会资本及社会治理问题进行相关分析研究。The theoretical circles have carried on the related research to the problem of the innovation of social governance. However,through the analysis of the relevant literature,we can see that the previous theoretical studies only focus on the construction of the system of national policy,the rule of law,and so on. But the research about the social self-adjustment,the benign development of the residents＇ autonomy management and other informal institutions should be strengthened. Emphasizing the universal applicability and generality of the theory,it ignores the difference between the region and the community. One obvious point is the lack of innovation in the theory of social governance in the minority areas.Introduces the theory of social capital,and as a research perspective,analysis social capital and social governance issues in ethnic areas.
