摘　　要：清华简《金縢》提供了研究传世本《金縢》的新文本,清华简《系年》所载周初史事对《金縢》的研究也至关重要。这些新材料澄清了周初重要史事的基本脉络。周公所言"我之弗辟"指诛杀武庚,而非三监;周公遗《鸱鸮》诗于成王未获谅解是因为周公对摄政之事只字未提;最终使成王释疑的是周公以身代武王死一事的公布;成王与周公二人最终和解,进而开创出周人的基业。The text of Jinteng kept in Tsinghua University is a new version to study the transmitted text. The history of Wester Zhou Dynasty kept in the Bamboo Slips kept in Tsinghua University is very important for the study of Jinteng in Shangshu. Based on the material aboved, we know that ＂Wo Zhi Fu Pi＂ said by Zhou Gong means that he was going to kill Wu Geng. After the Dong Zheng, Zhou Gong was not forgiven by Zhou Cheng Wang, because he did not mention that was he regented by the latter. Zhou Cheng Wang forgare Zhou Gong because that Zhou Gong would instead of Zhou Wu Wang to die. At last, Zhou Cheng Wang became reconciled with Zhou Gong and created colorful civilization.
