涤棉分散/中性固色活性染色和抗紫外一浴加工

摘　　要：采用分散染料/中性固色活性染料/紫外线吸收剂对涤棉织物进行一浴法染色和抗紫外整理。探讨了染料、氯化钠、苯甲醇和紫外线吸收剂用量,以及温度和时间对涤棉织物染色K/S值和抗紫外性能的影响,测试了染色织物的耐摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度。结果表明,在分散染料1%(omf),中性固色活性染料3%(omf),紫外线吸收剂HLF 10%(omf),氯化钠30 g/L,染色温度130℃,保温时间40 min条件下,染色织物获得满意的色泽和优良的抗紫外性能,且织物的耐水洗和耐摩擦色牢度均达到3级。Disperse dyes/neutral fixing reactive dyes/UV absorbers are used to one bath dyeing and anti- UV finishing of polyester/cotton fabrics. The effects of dosages of dyes, sodium chloride, benzyl alcohol and UV absorber, temperature and time on K/S value and anti-UV performance of polyester/cotton fabrics are discussed. The color fastness to rubbing and washing of the dyed fabrics are also tested. The results show that when the disperse dyes 1%（omf）, neutral fixing reactive dyes 3%（omf）, UV absorber HLF 10%（omf）, sodium chloride 30 g/L, dyeing at 130 ℃ for 40 min, the color and anti-UV performances of the dyed fabric are good, the color fastness to washing and rubbing can reach Grade 3.
