摘　　要：介绍特宽幅高精细圆网四分色印花面料的生产工艺以及对花稿和分色、制网布匹半制品、浆料、印花机等的要求,指出应采用专用四分色软件,高目数网,并优选印花浆料及其配比,以提高印花的精细度和色彩的表现力。印制产品的各项指标均符合要求,且生产过程无剩余浆料,减少污水处理负荷。The extra width high precision rotary screen reactive printing of fabrics with four color separa- tion is introduced, as well as the requirements of pattern, color separation, screen making, semi-prod uct, printing paste and printing machine. In order to improve the fineness and color expressiveness of printing fabric, the special four color separation software and high mesh screen are used, and the ratio of printing pastes is optimized. The indicators of printing product conform to the requirement. There is no residual printing paste after production, which is good for wastewater treatment.
