摘  要:对研制的甲醇、苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯混合物二级标准物质进行了均匀性、稳定性的评估和检测。确立了采用Agilent 7890气相色谱仪,FID检测器,DB-1301,60m×0.32mm×0.25μm毛细管色谱柱,以正庚烷为内标,7家实验室协作联合定值的方法对标准物质进行了定值及不确定度评定。研究结果表明:所研制的甲醇、苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯混合物二级标准物质具有良好的均匀性,至少在12个月内保持稳定。定值方法正确、可靠,量值准确,符合二级标准物质的规范要求。The evaluation and detection of the uniformity and stability of the secondary reference material for methanol, benzene, tolaene ethylbenzene and dimethylbenzene were carried out using Agilent 7890 gas chromatograph,FID detector and 60 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm DB- 1301 capillary packed column. Heptane was selected as the internal standard. Seven laboratories were cooperated to get the fixed value of the standard material and to make the uncertainty evaluation. The results showed that the second grade stand- ard material had good uniformity and remained stable for at least 12 months. The evaluation method was correct, reliable and accurate. It complied with the standard requirements of the second level standards.
