摘  要:以癸二酸和无水乙醇为原料,环己烷为带水剂,甲基磺酸为催化剂,合成了癸二酸二乙酯。考察无水乙醇与癸二酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、转速和带水剂用量4个因素对收率的影响。最优的工艺条件为:癸二酸0.2 mol,n(无水乙醇)∶n(癸二酸)=6∶1,甲基磺酸用量2g,转速450r/min,环己烷60mL,癸二酸二乙酯收率可达94.64%。The synthesis conditions of diethyl sebacate fonic acid as catalyst were optimized. The effect of acid, amount of catalyst, agitation rate and amount of from sebacic acid and ethyl alcohol using methanesulmass ratio of anhydrous ethanol to methanesulfonic water carrier on the yield was studied. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: sebacic acid was 0.2 mol, the molar ratio of ethyl alcohol to sebacic acid was 6:1 ,the amount of catalyst was 2 g,the agitation rate was 450 r/min,and the amount of catalyst was 60 mL. The yield reached 94.64%.
