摘 要:在我国B2B服务商市场的产业链中存在着市场集中度不平衡等问题,市场集中度太高会造成产业的畸形发展,以及分配及再分配的失衡;而市场集中度太低,规模化经营不足,同样会对市场的发展产生阻碍。因此,本文从B2B服务商市场集中度入手,通过文献综述、理论分析和实证检验,探索B2B服务商市场的结构优化与发展趋势,并检验其市场集中度的主要影响因素,研究发现:市场规模、规模经济程度、进入壁垒等因素都与B2B服务商市场的集中度水平呈正相关关系。据此,本文提出以下建议:走垂直化道路,寻求差异化竞争优势;拓展跨境电商,扩大市场规模;降低进入壁垒,促进各种规模企业的协调发展;加强政府规制,创造良性市场环境。The unbalanced market concentration exists in the industry chain of B2B service providers. The high market concentration may cause abnormal development of the industry and tbe imbalance between distribution and redistribution; while the low market concentration may also result in the insufficient scale, which hinders the development of the market. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the structural optimization, developing trends and influencing factors of B2B service provider market through literature review, theoretical analysis and empirical test. The study shows that the economies of scale, the market scale, and the barriers to entry are positively correlated with the market concentration degree of B2B service provider market. Accordingly, this paper proposes the following suggestions of taking the vertical road to form a differentiated competitive advantage, expanding the cross-border electricity suppliers to enlarge the size of the market, reducing the barriers to entry to promote the harmonious development of various scale enterprises, and strengthening government regulations to create a benign market environment.
