经济转型期江西大企业发展趋势和对策--基于2015江西百强企业数据分析

摘　　要：江西百强企业是江西经济的主要带动力量和综合实力的重要体现。本文通过对2015年江西百强企业相关指标进行比较研究后发现:江西百强企业资产持续扩张,但盈利能力偏低;产业结构不平衡,技术层次偏弱;地域分布两极分化加剧,区域发展不协调;研发投入力度增大,但总体水平依然不高;企业开放性程度较低等特点。基于政府、产业、企业三个维度,提出优化公共服务和制度供给,营造良好外部环境;推进核心国有大企业改革提质增效,发挥示范引领作用;产业集群式发展,提高产业集中度;三产融合互动式发展,优化产业结构;科技、管理和商业模式多维协同创新等做大做优江西百强企业,推动江西经济发展转型升级的对策建议。Jiangxi top 100 enterprises are not only the main driving forces of the economy of Jiangxi province, but also the important embodiment of comprehensive economic strength. This article analyzes relative indicators of the Jiangxi top 100 enterprises in 2015. It is found that the assets of Jiangxi top 100 enterprises have always been expanding with weak profitability; the industrial structure is not balanced and the level is low; the regional distribution of Jiangxi top 100 enterprises shows the characteristics of polarization; the input of enterprises＇ R＆D is increasing, but the overall level is still not high; furthermore, they don＇t have a high level of openness. Based on such problems, from the perspective of macro, meso, and micro dimensions, we put forward some suggestions, such as optimizing public services and institution supply to create a favorable external environment; promoting the core large state-owned enterprises＇ reform quality and efficiency to play a leading role model; facilitating the development of industrial clusters to improve industry concentration degree; developing the three industry convergence to optimize the industrial structure; collaborating the innovation of technology, management and business model in order to make the large enterprises stronger and better.
