摘  要:目的:优化桉芩止咳糖浆提取工艺。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷和盐酸麻黄碱,采用正交试验,以浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以黄芩苷和盐酸麻黄碱提取量的综合评分为指标。结果:桉芩止咳糖浆最佳水提取工艺为10倍量水浸泡2h,提取3次,每次提取2h,在最佳工艺下黄芩苷和盐酸麻黄碱的提取率分别为96.62%,98.49%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可靠,提取率较高,可作为桉芩止咳糖浆的提取工艺。Objective :To optimize extraction process of Anqin Zhike Syrup decoction. Methods: The content of Baicalin and Ephedrine Hydrochloride were determined by HPLC, Orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of soak time,the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times by laking composite score of extraction amount of Baiealin and Ephedrine Hydrochloride. Results:The optimal extraction procedure of Anqin Zhike Syrup was found as follows: 10 times of water consumption, soak for 2 hour, extraction 3 times for 2 hour at each time. The extraction rate of Baicalin and Ephedrine Hydrochloride were 96.62%, 98.49% at the optimum parameters. Conclusion:Optimized proces,~ was stable and feasible, high in extraction rate, and it could be extraction process of Anqin Zhike Syr- up.
