葛根白芷分散片的处方筛选及与其普通片溶出比较

摘　　要：目的:研究葛根白芷分散片的处方工艺,并与其普通片溶出进行比较。方法:对填充剂微晶纤维素MCCHP101和崩解剂交联聚维酮PVPP处方用量进行单因素考察,以分散均匀性为评价指标筛选出葛根白芷分散片最适宜的处方组成,并以片重差异、分散均均性、硬度、脆碎度和溶出度为评价指标,对两种片剂进行对比研究。结果:根据确定的处方工艺制备的葛根白芷分散片的平均崩解时间为74.7s,均通过二号筛,分散均匀性好。葛根白芷分散片在2min时溶出累积溶出率达到88.8%,而其普通片仅为9.6%,具有明显的差异性,分散片在8min时累计溶出率可达到90%以上,而普通片在60min时才可达到90%以上。结论:所制备的葛根白芷分散片具有崩解快、分散均匀、有效成分溶出快的特征。Objective：To study the radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablets＇prescription craft, and compare its＇ dissolution with the ordinary tablets. Methods：For filler microcrystalline cellulose MCCHP101 and disintegrating agent crosslinked povidone PVPP dos- age of prescription of the single factor investigation, to spread uniformity as evaluation index selected puerarin optimum prescription of angelica daburica dispersible tablet, and the weight difference, were all scattered, degree of hardness, brittle broken and dissolution as evaluation indexes, the contrast study on the two kinds of tablets. Results ： According to the prescription of preparation process of radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablet disintegration time to an average of 74.7 s, both through 2 screen, disperse uniformity was good. Radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablet dissolution when 2 min cumulative dissolution rate of 88.8%, and the average was only 9.6%, Which had the obvious difference, dispersible tablets in 8 min cumulative dissolution rate could reach more than 90%, while the common slice could reach more than 90% in 60 min. Conclusion：The preparation of radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablets has quick collapse, uniform dispersion, fast effective ingredient dissolution characteristics.
