摘　　要：急性白血病(AL)是以造血干细胞的恶性克隆为特点的疾病,起病急,以感染、贫血、出血为主要特征。其病位在于骨髓,本文从骨髓的功能以及其功能失调为切入点,揭示白血病骨髓造血功能亢奋的病理特点,从虚实两个证型分别进行辨证论治。Acute leukemia （AL） is a disease which is characterized by the hematopoietic stem cell malignant clones, it comes on ur- gent, and the infection, anemia, hemorrhage are the main characteristics. The disease located in the bone marrow. This article was to reveal the pathological characteristics of the hyperactive bone marrow hematopoietic function of the leukemia. We took the function of the bone marrow and its dysfunction as the breakthrough point, and treat it respectively based on the syndrome differentiation which came from the two syndrome types of deficiency and excess.
