摘　　要：为了确保条干均匀度测试分析仪测试数据的准确性,提高其故障维修效率,介绍了条干均匀度测试分析仪的组成和工作原理,对检测分机各单元、主处理机、整机的常见故障进行分析,判断故障产生的位置。指出:条干均匀度测试仪在纺织企业作用重要,使用者应充分了解其组成和工作原理,对各种故障进行分析与总结,查找原因并将处理方法进行汇总,才能确保其检测结果的准确性。In order to ensure the data accuracy of the evenness tester,and to improve the mainte- nance efficiency, introduction is made to the composition and working principle of the evenness tester. Through the analysis of the detecting each unit, the main processor,and the overall unit, the common faults are located. It is pointed out that the evenness tester plays an important role in the textile enterprises,and the users should make clear thoroughly the composition and the working principle of the evenness tester with good analysis and summarization of the various faults so that accuracy of the evenness tester ensured.
