摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观对党的作风建设具有不可替代的引领作用。科学把握社会主义核心价值观中的爱国、敬业、诚信、友善几方面内容,分析和明确其与当前党员干部中严重存在的"四风"现象和"三严三实"内容之间的联系,具有重要的理论与实践意义。用社会主义核心价值观指导当前党员干部作风建设,应抓准和抓好重点的实施途径,其中主要是在坚持把党员干部的思想教育放在首位的同时,注重其内容和方法上的针对性和实效性;发挥法律规章制度对价值观养成的作用;将其与考核、激励为核心的干部管理内容结合起来。Core socialist values play an irreplaceable leading role in improving the conduct of the CPC.It is of important theoretical significance and practical value that we must fully understand the content and grasp the essence of core socialist values such as patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendship.It is also important to analyze and make clear the relation between core socialist values and ＂four work-style problems＂（formalism,bureaucratism,hedonism and extravagance）that exist among party cadres as well as＂San yan san shi＂Principles（being disciplined and pragmatic in three aspects）.By taking core socialist values as a guidance to improve the conduct of the Party cadres,we should focus on some major implementations,among which stepping up ideological education for Party members and cadres should be given a priority.Meanwhile,we should also pay attention to its effectiveness and aims in regard of the content and method,let law and regulations play a role in cultivating the values and combine it with Party＇s cadre management,which takes assessment and encouragement as its core content.
