摘　　要：外墙渗漏会导致潮湿部位发霉、起皮、鼓包、粉化,造成墙皮、墙纸、涂层等起鼓脱落,从而影响墙体的使用功能。本文总结了外墙结构基层可能出现的各种渗漏现象,剖析了渗漏原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。Leakage on exterior wall will lead to mildew, peeling, bump, pulverizing on damp locations, and will cause bulging and falling off of wall skin, wall paper and coating, further affect the using functions of the walls. This article summarizes various leaking phenomena possibly happen on exterior wall substrates, analyzes the leaking causes and comes up with relevant preventive measures.
