摘 要:构建以铁路为核心的生态物流系统,构思生态物流系统的总体框架。通过阐述构成该系统的新型货物运输组织所包含的循环系统、物流调度系统、系统功能储备及自恢复,以及运输物流组织网络,分析生态物流系统设备设施中的运输专用集装箱和托盘、自动化立体库和自动化装卸站台、生态货场及信息通讯网络,描述太极管理的主要内容及意义,论述"互联网+运输"的物联网的内涵。通过构建的生态物流系统能够解决传统物流中存在的高污染、高排放、高能耗等问题,提升物流整体运行效率,降低物流成本,为真正实现现代物流打下基础。This paper puts forward that the railway-based ecological logistics system and the general framework of ecology logistics system should be established. Through expounding the composition of new-type freight transportation organization in the system including circulatory system, logistics dispatching system, reserve and self-recovery functions as well as transport logistics organization network, the paper analyzes the equipment and infrastructure of ecological logistics system including specialized container and pallet for transport, automatic stereo-warehouse and loading platform, ecological freight yard and information communication network, and describes the main content and meaning ofTai Chi management, and discusses the content of Internet of Things with Internet plas transportation. Through the established ecological logistics system, the problems existing in traditional logistics like high pollution, high emission and high energy consumption could be solved, and the overall operation efficiency of logistics could be increased and logistics cost could be reduced, therefore, all of these provide foundation for realizing modem logistics.
