摘　　要：面对《共产党宣言》"过时论"的误读,"精神与资本"的关系问题成为回应质疑的重要路径。马克思从"物质利益困惑"中提炼出资本对精神的"规训"本质,然后在一系列文本中逐渐展示了这个过程。在《共产党宣言》中,他直接用无产阶级精神来批判资本,从而完成了共产主义的精神使命的论证。Facing misunderstanding of ＂out of date＂ of The Communist Manifesto, the relation of spirit and capital has become an important path in response to questions. Marx extracted the ＂discipline＂ in nature from the capital to the spirit in the ＂material benefit confusion＂, and then a series of text gradually shows this process. In The Communist Manifesto, he directly used the proletarian spirit to criticize capital, so as to complete the historical mission of communism.
