上海市精神心理卫生类医疗服务价格比价分析

摘　　要：分析了上海市精神心理卫生类医疗服务项目的价格水平,比较了本市二、三级医院收费项目现行价格与标化价值。筛选出的38项医疗服务项目在二、三级医院的实际收费价格没有差别;但其现行价格均分别低于各自的标化价值。精神卫生专业机构的护理服务项目及其心理咨询、治疗项目收费标准普遍偏低,远远低于护理人员和医务人员的劳动付出,也低于医院护工的收费水平。建议优先对比值比差距较大的精神心理卫生类医疗项目的价格进行调整,建立适用于精神心理卫生类医疗服务价格的评价体系,定期调整精神心理卫生类医疗服务价格。This paper analyzed the relative price of mental health services and compared current prices and standardized values on charged items between secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. There was no difference between the current prices of the selected 38 services in secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals; the current prices were lower than their standardized values respectively. The prices for nursing care, psychological consultation and mental health services in Shanghai were generally low. A price setting system for mental health services is needed to adjust these prices in Shanghai.
